Use case

For living alone and long stretches on your own

Whether you live alone, work from home, or travel solo, you can set a regular check-in rhythm and choose in advance who can receive notifications.

Section 01

Choose a rhythm you can keep

Choose a check-in interval that fits the days you spend alone. Free currently supports 24, 36, or 48 hour intervals.

Section 02

Agree on the contact role

Choose someone who is comfortable receiving notifications, and discuss what a message means. They are not being asked to provide professional rescue.

Section 03

Make room for a change of plans

When you need a break from the routine, you can pause the flow. Pausing does not count as a check-in.
