Service scope
HereSignal is built around check-ins, reminders, and trusted contact updates when a check-in is missed. It is not a medical or emergency response service.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping permissions, contact details, and notification settings accurate. You are also responsible for choosing contacts who understand the role they may receive.
Trusted contacts and consent
Only add trusted contacts you have a legitimate reason to contact. Notification channels must be configured and, where required, verified before the service can rely on them.
Best-effort delivery
Reminder and notification delivery can be delayed, dropped, or prevented by device state, networks, third-party providers, store policies, or permission settings outside our control.
